GenticOS Terms of Service

01/B2B AI CRM OS Subscription & License Grant
GenticOS grants the subscribing corporate entity ("Customer") a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and utilize the Generative Targeted Intelligence CRM Operating System. Access is bounded explicitly by the selected leads ingestion parameters configured in your subscription plan tier.
02/Acceptable Outbound Usage & Scraper Restrictions
Customers may not deploy our outbound dispatch sequences or leads ingestion pipelines to spam unvalidated targets, violate the US CAN-SPAM Act, violate GDPR outbound guidelines, or perform scraping operations against security firewalls. GenticOS reserves the immediate right to terminate accounts that attempt security compromises.
03/Swarm Hosting & Dynamic Code Deployments
Our 9-Agent Web Dev Swarms compile layouts and deploy React edge projects on behalf of the customer. GenticOS hosts compile logs and preview branches. Customers retain ownership of the compiled front-end code assets upon subscription settlement, subject to standard framework libraries dependencies licenses.
04/Pricing, Matrix Settlement, & Upgrades
Subscription fees are calculated monthly based on the active configurator matrix parameters. Overages for intent scores requests or scraping limits are billed at our standard modular API rates. Upgrades or custom node expansions are immediately implemented in the Outbound Swarm Scheduler instantly.
05/Proprietary AI Models & IP Ownership
GenticOS retains all copyrights, trade secrets, and ownership parameters over our core machine learning networks, internal swarm orchestration schemas, data scoring telemetry parameters, and custom brand models. No model weight transfers are permitted under this standard agreement.
06/Limited Uptime Warranties & Liabilities
GenticOS provides our services "AS IS" subject to the uptime tier guarantees listed in your active SLA summary. We are not liable for outbound conversion metrics fluctuations, search engine citation indexing revisions by third-party search models (OpenAI, Google, Bing), or sales pipeline deficits.
