Welcome to GenticOS. By accessing or using our custom CRM platform, APIs, or associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Services & Custom CRM Deployments

GenticOS provides modular software and cloud infrastructure to design, deploy, and operate custom CRM solutions. You agree to use the services in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws, including data protection regulations.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Because GenticOS uses end-to-end encryption based on your password, we cannot recover your health data if you lose your password and your master recovery key. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the GenticOS platform. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Uploading malicious code or attempting to breach our security infrastructure.
• Using the platform to store illegal or unauthorized materials.
• Attempting to reverse engineer the GenticOS AI recommendation engine.

4. Subscription and Billing

GenticOS operates on a subscription model. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenticOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the platform.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform prior to the changes taking effect.
