We collect information necessary to provide you with the GenticOS platform, including:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and authentication credentials.
- Health Data: Vitals, medication schedules, growth metrics, and uploaded medical records. Crucially, all health data is end-to-end encrypted. We cannot read it.
- Usage Data: Anonymous telemetry to improve app performance and user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information exclusively to:
- Provide and maintain the GenticOS service.
- Generate personalized, on-device AI health recommendations.
- Send critical medication or appointment alerts.
We do not, and will never, sell your personal or health data to third parties, pharmaceutical companies, or advertisers.
3. Data Security & Encryption
GenticOS employs AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Your customer database and pipeline data are secured with enterprise-grade multi-tenant isolation, role-based access control, and encrypted data vaults.
4. Your Rights & Data Portability
You own your data. At any time, you can export your entire CRM database, contacts, deal history, and activity logs in CSV or JSON format, or request full data deletion in compliance with GDPR and applicable regulations.
